1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and winph11 ("winph11", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the winph11 website located at https://winph11.win, its subdomains, mobile applications, and all associated gaming services (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the winph11 Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, as well as the winph11 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

winph11 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to belong to persons under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and any winnings forfeited in accordance with PAGCOR regulatory requirements. winph11 cooperates fully with PAGCOR on underage gambling investigations.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration

To access real-money gaming services on winph11, you must register a single personal account. You may only hold one active account. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. winph11 may require Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any point, including submission of a government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's licence, UMID) and proof of address.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your winph11 Login credentials — your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. winph11 will never ask for your password via live chat, email, or any other communication channel.

You must notify winph11 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. winph11 shall not be liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4.2 Deposit Conditions

The minimum deposit is ₱100. All deposited funds must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. winph11 does not accept third-party deposits. Deposits are credited to your winph11 account balance upon successful confirmation from the relevant payment processor. winph11 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal is ₱200. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to verification. winph11 may require identity verification before processing any withdrawal. We reserve the right to request proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of GCash account name) before releasing funds.

Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 24 hours. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and any pending KYC verification requirements. winph11 does not charge withdrawal fees, though your payment provider may impose their own charges.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

winph11 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonus offers are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, and validity periods.

The standard welcome bonus offers a 100% deposit match up to ₱10,000 with a 20x wagering requirement and a 7-day validity period, unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms. winph11 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice. Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or converted to cash prior to meeting applicable wagering requirements. winph11 reserves the right to cancel bonuses and associated winnings if evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, or multi-accounting is detected.

6. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

All bets placed on winph11 are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or sports betting market. By placing a bet, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the applicable game rules. winph11 reserves the right to void bets placed in error, where technical malfunctions have affected game integrity, or where the result was determined under circumstances outside normal operating parameters.

For sports betting, winph11 applies the settlement rules of the relevant governing body (e.g., PBA, NBA, UFC, PAGCOR-licensed sabong arenas). In-play markets may be suspended at any time. Void bets are settled at odds of 1.00 (stake returned). winph11's decision on bet settlement is final, subject to any mandatory regulatory review process.

7. Prohibited Activities and Account Suspension

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the winph11 Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the Platform
• Engaging in fraudulent payment activity, including chargebacks and payment reversal abuse
• Collusion with other players or manipulation of game outcomes
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or bugs in a manner not intended by winph11
• Providing false personal information during registration or KYC verification
• Using the Platform for money laundering or any activity in violation of Philippine anti-money laundering laws (AMLA)
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN or proxy service to circumvent geographic restrictions

winph11 cooperates fully with PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), and Philippine law enforcement agencies on investigations involving any of the above activities.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the winph11 Platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, trademarks, logos, text, graphics, user interface designs, and audio-visual elements — is the proprietary property of winph11 or its licensed content providers and is protected under Philippine and international intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of winph11 content without prior written authorisation is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

winph11 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, winph11 expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

winph11 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including losses resulting from: technical failures or service interruptions; errors in game outcomes caused by software malfunction; delays in deposit or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment providers; or decisions made by you based on information displayed on the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits winph11's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

10. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion
